This event is a collaboration between Polk County Schools, FDLRS/FIN, and community agencies, for the purpose of providing resources and information to parents of students with disabilities.

Students who miss 2-4 days in September are 5 times more likely to be chronically absent for the year than students who missed less than 2 days.
We understand this is another challenging year. Our main concern is the safety and well-being of our students and their families. If your student is not sick, please make sure they are in school. It takes all of us working together for your student to be successful.
